Spelling Bee is a free-to-play word puzzle game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may use the game as long as you:

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
Do not scrape, harvest, or systematically download puzzle content
Do not use automated bots or scripts to interact with the game
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Intellectual Property

All content on Spelling Bee — including the game design, puzzle data, source code, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

The word lists used in puzzles are derived from publicly available English dictionaries and frequency data.

3. No Account Required

Spelling Bee requires no registration or account. Your game progress is stored locally in your browser. We have no ability to recover lost progress if you clear your browser data.

4. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep Spelling Bee available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue any feature at any time
Change the daily puzzle schedule or word lists
Update these Terms at any time with notice via the "Last updated" date

Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Spelling Bee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability
